Easy To Install
Our DEC-K-ING vinyl membranes are a fully approved single ply roofing system. The vinyl is adhered to the substrate, and seams are permanently fused together with a hot air tool. Suitable substrates include plywood, concrete, metal, fiberglass or other flat non-reactive substances.

A sundeck or balcony is generally defined as an attached outdoor area of a home set off of the ground. If there is living space below, it is then referred to as a rooftop patio or roofdeck.
We offer two product lines for sundecks:
- Deluxecoat, a quality value priced vinyl 48 mil in thickness.
- Roofseal, our flagship 60 mil vinyl warrantied up to 15 years.
*Check building codes in your area or call us as some jurisdictions require 60 mil on all sundecks.

Do It Yourself is a great option for handy individuals comfortable with small renovation projects on their home. We recommend DIY only for sundecks. Leave rooftop patio installations (decks overtop a living space) and decks on new homes to certified installers.
